The Open highlights the unique spectator experience that the tournament serves up and the esteem in which the players hold it; nothing feels like an Open, either inside the ropes or outside.

There have been 14 venues that have held The Open up to now, although not all are currently on the active rotation. Since the very first Open at Prestwick in 1860, these illustrious links courses have all hosted the greatest open tournament in golf: Carnoustie, Muirfield, Musselburgh, Prince’s, Royal Birkdale, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal Liverpool, Royal Lytham & St Anne’s, Royal Portrush, Royal St George’s, Royal Troon, St Andrews and Turnberry.

Great Bucket List trip...

We really want to thank you for your professional help with our “bucket list” trip to The OPEN!

It was interesting to see how they do things so differently from what we are accustomed to at tournaments here in the States…loved the big screens on the lawn with the huge pillows!

Your help with the hotel was invaluable, the concierge there couldn’t have been more helpful not only while we were there, but previous to our trip in helping us make dinner / castle tour reservations!

We will highly recommend Your Golf Tours to anyone!

John Daly was great fun...

Thanks for giving us an amazing Open experience at St Andrews. The meet and greet with John Daly was great fun and easily amongst the best golf events we’ve been to.
